Elected "Photographer of the Year 2006" in the USA by the editors of the Popular Photography & Imaging Magazine. Winner in more than 100 independent international contests, receiving among others the Excelence Award in the Portfolio Contest 2007 and Golden Award in the Single Image Contest 2008 of Black & White magazine, Hahnemühle Anniversary Photo Award (2009), Leica First Prize I was awarded the Canon-UN Environment Contest and the first edition of the Sony World Photography Awards Cannes 2008, etc. Published in more than 50 magazines and newspapers (international and national). He held photographic exhibitions in 12 countries. Photography Director of Fotoclube RioFotográfico, Former Advisor to the Brazilian Association of Photographic Art. Curator of Exhibitions at MAC - Museum of Contemporary Art of Niterói, Fnac Gallery and Light Cultural Center.
