On August 23, 2016, the jury of Paraty in Focus 2016, composed by Agnaldo Farias (Professor of Sao Paulo University and from Curatorial Council of Tomie Ohtake Institute), Érico Elias (Journalist and researcher), Joaquim Paiva (Photographer and collector of contemporary photography), José Roberto Pedroza (Professor and Photographer), with the special participation of Kitty   Paranaguá (Director of Ateliê Oriente and Photographer), Roberto Soares-Gomes (Entrepreneur and Photographer), Rogério Reis (Director of TYBA Agency and Photographer) and Sérgio Branco (Journalist and Editorial Director of Fotografe Melhor Magazine), announced - without the presence of Pedro Vasquez (Writer, Curator and Photographer) unable to attend due to force majeure -, the final result of the PORTFOLIO IN FOCUS / OPEN CALL 2016.
